I'm a music artist of 20 years (Bryde, Paper Aeroplanes & Sarah Howells) who has been through the whole range of experiences within the industry. From being a self-releasing artist booking my own small shows to being signed to labels, publishers and international booking agencies. As a freelance creative who successfully made a living from music for 15 years I can also inject fresh ideas into the business and ideas side of things. Working in the music industry is a rollercoaster experience of highs and lows. The heady mixture of anticipation, expectation and excitement followed sometimes by rejection and disappointment or more excitement, coupled with a lot of working solo can take a huge toll on our mental health.
