Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (AMMROC) is a dedicated military Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) center of excellence formed to deliver a wide range of aircraft maintenance and support services to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Armed Forces and other military operations throughout the South Asia, Middle East and North Africa Region.AMMROC is a joint venture company owned by Mubadala, Sikorsky Aircraft and Lockheed Martin.Employee Relations Specialist role, duties included writing and publishing AMMROC’s HR Policy and Procedure Manual, guiding employees on the policies and procedures during the implementation phase and managing the employee relations help desk.
