Serve as a key contributor and team player to the organization through relationship management in the development of new business as well as managing the entire Ocean Spray military business, roughly $30 million in annual sales. • Deliver against the fundamental business goals and results at the lowest possible selling cost while maximizing revenue (including brokerage, commissions, bonuses, sales contests, etc.). •Communicate Ocean Spray’s business plans and priorities to Division Managers, Regional Managers and field sales personnel to ensure effective delivery against business objectives. e.g. new product introductions, promotional execution, sales contests, etc.). •Utilize strategic planning skills to effectively maintain Ocean Spray business and grow volume •Support military resale customers’ needs on principal-specific business issues (Promotion, Patron/Consumer Insights, Merchandising, Category Management, etc.) •Develop and maintain effective trade-fund management practices as required by Ocean Spray •Effectively use knowledge of military resale system, retail marketplace and principal to successfully sell principals’ specific programs and initiatives, as well as Company objectives and initiatives. Utilize Marketing, MIS and other company resources as needed to successfully accomplish objectives. •Successfully manage distributor resources to ensure inventory levels are optimized to service customer business needs and minimize dead stock issues. •Collect and report competitive activity with appropriate reporting systems.

• Presented and facilitated presentations, business reviews, and process mapping sessions for high level customers and corporate leadership.• Provide concise timely data and analysis information in monthly reports to the Acosta field sales force, the buying staff in the military exchange systems and the manufacturers.• Manage inventories and coordinate the logistics of shipping various products to military markets worldwide. • Supervise employee and assist them with tools necessary to help grow accounts. • Uphold a high level of knowledge management for all facets of the military and retail sales business

• Assist in managing $48M of Gillette sales in AAFES, NEXCOM and MCX exchanges worldwide.• Analyze sales trends to ensure Gillette remains a sales leader in each of their business segments.• Develop, update and successfully execute planograms to help ensure both Gillette and the military exchanges remain competitive with other mass merchants.
