Director of Operations at Kern Medical Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works to support underserved communities, as well as, medical education and research through Kern Medical - the county's tertiary referral center, academic teaching institution, and safety net hospital. In this role, I oversee the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the foundation, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and transparency. I also partner with the hospital executive leadership team, the foundation executive director, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and vision. I am passionate about serving underrepresented communities, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
