Works with department leaders to implement specific marketing plans to support agency goals. Project manages department work flow, and serves as primary contact for all marketing requests. Monitors brand identity across all 27 health centers in the PPGNHI affiliate. Assists marketing team in development and production of advertising and print collateral. Partners with Development, Education and Votes staff to ensure promotion of health care services in communities throughout the affiliate.Responsibilities:• Project manage department work flow and serve as primary contact for all marketing requests. • Monitor brand identity standards for the organization across 27 health centers in four states (WA, ID, AK, HI). Ensure consistent usage of identity standards.• Develop and recommend marketing solutions and approaches to meet specific department goals while maintaining brand consistency.• Oversee production of all PPGNHI swag items, with consideration for brand standards, target audience, marketing goals, etc. Manage vendor relationships for all print production.• Assist marketing team in development and production of advertising and print collateral (ex. brochures, flyers, palm cards). Maintain and manage department Sharepoint site, with upcoming announcements and events, tools and resources.• Manage volunteers and interns selected to support the marketing team, including screening, selection, onboarding, training, and project management.• Support the events team via promotion, staffing and tabling, providing print collateral and swag materials, running promotions and giveaways, and monitoring donations and sales.• Partner with health center managers, Development, Clinical Services, Education and Votes staff to ensure promotion of health care services in communities throughout the affiliate.

• Manage the development and execution of social media strategies, campaigns, and promotions to raise pride and awareness of Seattle University.• Lead university stakeholders who are utilizing social media to market their areas, providing consultation, thought leadership, brand integration, best practices, strategy, and learning opportunities.• Be the voice of Seattle University’s social media channels and lead conversations as well as overseeing day-to-day community management.• Manage team of student interns who contribute written and visual content to university social media channels and assist with research and analytics.• Ensure that the Seattle University voice and brand are consistently implemented across all social media channels.• Use social media monitoring tools and performance metrics to guide social media posting and inform leaders about emerging issues and responses to marketing efforts.• Identify targeted opportunities for innovative strategies to increase presence and enhance positioning of Seattle University.• Identify and analyze key metrics and insights to benchmark and assess Seattle U’s social media channels.• Research changing and evolving trends in social media platforms.• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of outreach strategies, developing recommendations to further increase outreach. • Provide efficient operational leadership for stakeholders including shared marketing calendars, content databases, social media site inventories.• Host quarterly workshops and learning sessions offering support and guidance to university stakeholders and contributors.• Lead monthly committee of marketing directors to launch social media initiatives, discuss best practices, troubleshooting, etc.• Maintain and update institution’s social media guidelines, standards, policies, tools and tutorials.• Build and maintain relationships with strategic industry partners and subject matter experts.
