My PhD subfields are Research Methods and International Relations. My research interests include gender justice, transnational feminist networks in the Global South, social movements, and women-led community organizing.I am a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the courses "Introduction to Political Theory" and "Quantitative Research and Data Analysis."

• Team member of a project that implements math and reading tutoring interventions for low performing students in the Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS)• Conduct pre-testing, tutoring and post-testing sessions with these students, followed by data and research analysis.

• Headed a project aimed at integrating the use of technology and computers within the classroom context, to help students from underprivileged backgrounds become familiar and comfortable with technology. • Developed a detailed strategy to implement this ‘Learning through Technology’ project.• Conducted teacher and student trainings on computer usage.

• Responsible for data collation of standardized tests conducted in all the schools of DIL.• Conducted a gap analysis based on this data.• Helped organize and manage a large scale charity event.

• Prepared training materials for improving disaster-risk reduction capabilities and preparedness for multiple districts across Pakistan.• Assisted with researching, writing, editing and dissemination of information relevant to the flood. • Delivered food, water, shelter and medical care to flood-affected populations.

• Worked on advocacy and lobbying campaigns to establish legislation related to acid violence in Pakistan• Led the organizing efforts for a national conference where lawyers drafted a new bill on acid control• Developed the database of acid attack victims, which included the bio-data of the victim and the attacker.• Interviewed acid attack survivors and wrote blog posts for the ASF website

• Member of the team that was developing the NADRA Smart Card. Conducted research on smart cards that had successfully been implemented in other countries.• Designed and wrote the material for the booklet which was then sent to all the major Education, Banking and Health sectors so as to get them on board with the Smart Card project. • Worked on making a national report on the demographic statistics of Pakistan.

• Promoted awareness about the organization through social media and the organization’s internal network. • Wrote promotional articles to support people with disabilities in Pakistan.
