This brand new service is aimed to support people who have suffered with moderate mental health issues to get back into work. The employment service adopts the national Individual Placement & Support Programme (IPS) and we are able to take referrals from people who have connected with secondary care service users.

Within my Fundraising Manager role I was responsible for implementing a new strategic approach for generating income through Fundraising. I also proposed a new LGBT+ Wellbeing project which is now underway. In 2014 the fundraising revenue was at approx £10,000, this year I leave a fundraising pot which is in excess of £150,000.
