About Sarah (Ironside) Hamilton

I am the Regional Director at People Puzzles for the Eastern region, the leading provider of portfolio People Directors for mid-tier, growing businesses across the UK. Having run the marketing team at People Puzzles growing sales from £2-8m over this time and now driving business development for the East region, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that SMEs face in today's dynamic and competitive market. My mission is to support SMEs in the East of England with a team of board level, commercially savvy People Directors, typically working one day per week to help them to be more profitable and great places to work. We offer strategic HR solutions for when a business doesn’t need or can’t afford a full time HRD but wants to grow, from recruitment and retention, to culture and performance, to leadership and strategy. We also leverage the collective expertise and best practices of our network of over 90 People Directors. We have no tie-ins, as we believe we are only as good as our last day of work, and we have grown ourselves 40% in the last 12 months, so we know what it takes to scale and succeed.
