Energy and tech clients count on my collaborative solutions for a wide range of M&A, capital markets, private equity, joint venture and other strategic transactions. In addition to advising clients in their business arrangements, I also help them navigate general corporate matters. This includes corporate governance practices (particularly around AI, ESG and other emerging issues), as well as SEC and stock exchange reporting and disclosure requirements.Outside of my practice, I serve on Baker Botts' AI Steering Committee, co-lead both the firm’s Technology, Media and Entertainment group and the H2, eFuels and Ammonia group, and lead the Dallas office’s Women in Action initiative.
