Attendance at all board meetings to provide ad hoc advice and minute taking.- Managing a group of 40 + companies including reorganisation of group structure and company secretarial provision.- Provision of training via external training providers across the group to improve compliance with Bribery Act etc.- Advising on senior appointments and terminations including regulatory compliance for Board appointments.
