- Executive Assistant to CEO, COO and Global Director of Finance

- Worked within the Operations team ensuring that compliance standards are met (Ofqual) - Worked on small internal projects for Directors- Maintained (and continue to do so) the Customer Feedback System

- Worked in Customer Support, general administrative tasks and customer care- I later moved to a more operational role, accrediting and monitoring the exam test centres- In October 2018 I was nominated to work in a secondment related to our regulator, Ofqual for 3 months

- Attending events around the country answering questions of prospective volunteers- Representing Projects Abroad at career fairs in schools - Providing talks and presentations on gap year travel with Projects Abroad

- Supporting shift manager, managing and ensuring smooth running of an area- Representing a link between the shift manager and the rest of the team - Completing staff training whilst ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction - Role of 'Planet Champion' to help encourage energy saving, recycling and local area clean up

- Two summers working at a Jewish Summer Camp- Working with children aged 6 to 16 to increase skills in kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding- I hold an American Red Cross Lifeguard Qualification- June - August 2016 & 2017
