• Planned and analyzed Artistree’s facility staffing needs by developing, implementing and monitoring company policy and procedures with the HR manager and facility management;• Sourced, recruited, screened, interviewed and recommended external candidates for peak season openings;• Sourced candidates through the placement of advertising, networking, college outreach, job fairs, referrals and direct recruiting through HR Smart;• Completed all pre-employment hiring requirements including references checks, background checks and generating all candidate offer letters;• Conducted Health & Safety training and presentations;• Ensured smooth on-boarding for all new hires;• Completed all post-employment requirements;• Conducted exit interviews and providing analysis of trends;• Responsible for ensuring employment and staffing processes and policies are properly administered, communicated and followed to ensure compliance.
