I'm part of a small team who specialise in cheque clearing for NW group, and processing customer payments and applications for familiar British companies such as O2, the DVLA and DWP.

Based in Whetstone depot, and occasionally commuting to head office to aid The Dune Group's international team in London, when required. Upkeep of customer databases, data entry and managing sales orders for customers, order builds, in-transit and delivered stock files; creating weekly transparency reports for internal and external views.Creating the appropriate customs documents, packlists, IPR documents, Summary breakdown, catalogue entries, using amazon, debenhams, freemans and littlewoods online/phone booking in systems. Arranging transport for home and overseas deliveries, assisting on arrival.I occasionally helped pick orders physically for the team,with stock takes or general queries as required. Running barcode and label files for incoming shoe orders and outer stock cartons.Processing samples. Working with the head office team and warehouse to action picking and packing notes for inat'l orders, stock movements, from despatch, QC, Website and Customer services. Communicating with holding warehouses at each locations for incoming orders and organising transport with accurate and well presented documentation.Processing the workload into CIMS stock control system, later changed over to be trained by IBM staff to use Island Pacific 'direct' system. Problem solving and training others to use system. Used IT applications such as Microsoft office 2007, Excell, Outlook, Cims, Cognos, Legacy, IP, Eye, Crystal reports, and other programmes to adapt info into shipping paperwork. Knowing how to maintain printers, stock take scanners, faxes and phones if issues arise.Using websites on a regular basic for order tracking, tracking labels and ordering from Byways, Corniche Couriers, Wholesale customers and more.My role with the international department certainly pushed my skills further than expected and was the most energetic, target lead and busy environment to date. I was proud to be part of a team helping the company to grow its brand across the world.
