I have four years of experience in the telecommunications industry and hold a City & Guilds qualification in Satellite Engineering. I am trained in working with CAT5, CT63, and CT100 cables, and have proven skills as an MDU Field Service Engineer, specializing in fault finding, installation, and providing excellent customer service.In April 2023, I joined Zzoomm as a Trainee Fibre Engineer. Due to a company restructure, I transitioned to the Customer Care department, where I further developed my skills in customer service, technical knowledge, and remote troubleshooting. Within six months, I was promoted to the role of Customer Care Senior Support Assistant.I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and support, and feel great satisfaction when achieving targets.
