I am a co-founder of HOMECAMP EDUCATION, a student services company that provides holistic and enriching support to international students in the UK. I am also an entrepreneur at UCL Innovation & Enterprise, where I develop and grow my own business ideas. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Educational Leadership (International) MBA at UCL Institute of Education. My core competencies include proactive leadership, marketing strategy, and English language proficiency.In my current roles, I apply my skills and knowledge to create value for my customers, partners, and stakeholders. At HOMECAMP EDUCATION, I co-founded the company with the mission of encouraging students' holistic development and well-being, providing them with academic, social, and cultural opportunities. I am responsible for handling all aspects of exchanges of visits and organizing meetings for both parties coming from China and the UK, aiming at maintaining and strengthening the relationships of our Chinese and British partners. At UCL Innovation & Enterprise, I participate in the UCL hatchery program, where I receive mentoring, coaching, and training to develop my entrepreneurship skills and launch my own ventures. I am passionate about education, innovation, and internationalization, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
