By conducting ongoing usability testing and working closely with Product, Engineering, and Design, I delivered a solution that enables users to create automations independently. This redesign significantly reduced task completion time, improved success rates, and boosted System Usability Scale (SUS) scores, empowering users to achieve their goals with greater efficiency and confidence.

Responsible for: Collaborating with product owners to gather and define requirements for new and existing features.Conducting user research to understand customer needs, desires, and pains through various methods such as competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthroughs, expert reviews, and task analysis. Rapidly iterating on design solutions through tools such as wireframes, interaction flows/task flows, user stories, personas, scenarios, etc. Facilitating design workshops with cross-functional teams. Illustrating design ideas through the appropriate level of fidelity from wireframes sketches to high fidelity prototypes. Recruiting and screening participants for user research. Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, and website analytics. Facilitating focus groups and user interviews, and conducting usability testing using mockups and prototypes. Working with Developers to implement high-quality product features. Established Insight’s Secret Shopper Program to continuously evaluate and benchmark the buyer journey on insight.com. Created a UX/UI process and implemented agile practices, such as Kanban and daily stand-ups on the UX Team.
