I also have experience in barrier testing and bioburden assessment. I have also performed AOAC germicidal and sporicidal testing methods, USP 51/61, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration/Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MIC/MBC) testing and EN 1656/1657. I cultured a wide variety of bacterial and fungal pathogens. My responsibilities also included report writing and protocol development.
