Develop and maintain trusted, strategic relationships across Penn's central IT unit and Penn’s schools and centers. Anticipate client needs, offer informed IT guidance, and represent the 'voice of the client' in strategic discussions to achieve consensus and action. Undertake exploration and analysis to provide informed recommendations to IT executive leadership. Design, lead, and participate in engagements supporting University technology strategy, organizational objectives, and the needs of the broader campus IT community to align technology solutions with business objectives. Engage collaboratively with ISC project and service teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and the successful adoption of new technologies.

Provide end-to-end leadership for strategic campus-wide projects across IT disciplines. Manage cross-functional technical teams to deliver projects on time and in scope. Lead structured client engagement to ensure goals and outcomes align with needs and expectations of academic, administrative, and technical leaders. Facilitate requirements gathering across multiple schools and business units and work with project team to identify technical solutions. Manage communications across project teams, internal and external stakeholders, and senior leadership and across technical, academic, and business functions. Lead functional change management programs, campus-wide service deployments, and business process optimization initiatives with focus on IT support processes and user experience. Develop holistic strategies to prepare IT and user communities for enterprise technical and business process change. Work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, as well as impacts and associated risks. Oversee development of strategic technical, support, and communications solutions to facilitate service administration and user adoption. Foster strategic partnerships and build trusted client relationships across the IT and academic technology communities. Provide leadership and facilitation for cross-campus meetings, focus groups and client advisory teams. Translate client discussions into actionable outcomes. Participate in cross-campus technology leadership discussions.Conceptualize, lead, and execute strategic communications initiatives. Develop outreach and awareness campaigns; executive-level briefing and reports for University IT and administrative leadership.
