Assisting in the preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts for a Pharmacy Network.Monthly management accounts – including the preparation of journals, prepayments and accruals.The preparation of monthly schedules and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Intercompany reconciliations.VAT, PAYE and Withholding Tax reconciliations.Monthly review of the Profit and Loss, investigating any variances to the budgeted figures. Assist in the preparation of annual audit files.Communicating with bookkeepers and Pharmacies on any issues or queries that arise.

The credit management of approx 1,500 retail pharmacy accounts.Fully responsible for the credit management in that I put customer accounts on hold and released accounts at my discretion. Significantly reduced the company debt with this customer grouping, while the company has achieved an increased sales level with this group. Set credit limits individually for each account with the authorization of a manager. Compiling end of month reports including the Incentives Reports for all wholesale branches, Wholesale Debtors Reports for all branches, Out of Terms report for my designated accounts.Identifying troublesome accounts within my customer database and managing accordingly. I assisted a number of other departments:Responsible for Principle cheque requisitions.Assisting Accounts Receivable with cash posting and allocation.
