Operating Partner at Sifuentes Metalsmith- Steering the helm of a recently rebranded 45 year old business, I collaborate with our founder, Master Metalsmith Alejandro Sifuentes, to create one of kind jewelry while running our flagship store, managing our roster of artists, apprenticing as a metalsmith, while developing our mission to preserve culture through process.

- Associate Product Manager of the Temple Square Guest Experience- Responsible for the vision and execution of the Temple Square Guest Experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design solutions to improve the customer experience and partner with designers to develop solutions to drive KPIs.- Focus on improving the overall guest experience, prioritizing feature enhancements according to our primary research imperatives- Test and evaluate the effectiveness of the Temple Square Guest Experience and its programming; refine as a part of continuous improvement process.- Communicate, present, and influence effectively to multiple levels of the organization- Build, refine, and maintain a roadmap of value-driving products/features. Own the prioritization within the roadmap and story backlog.

• Maintained and improved administration services by organizing department operations and procedures• Administered Training Desk and associated staff; supervised Training Specialists• Planned and executed Training Department role in high level MTC events; i.e. MLS, MTC Open House
