I am currently a Banyan Impact Fellow with the American India Foundation, working towards supporting livelihood initiatives for marginalized women in Hyderabad, Telangana. This work aligns with my passion for ameliorating gender equity as a key vector for sustainable development. My undergraduate research, which centered around the intersections of race, caste, gender, labor, and postcolonial development has given me the theoretical and ethical foundations to conduct this work.
