Continuing my relationship with Hohepa Canterbury with a more strategic focus, specifically:- "sweet spot" analysis project working with the GM to develop a 5-year organisation plan- creation and implementation of an IT strategy and roadmap- Leadership team member- ongoing support of highly visible projects, agreed to with the Board (personal alarms, Vega donation and fundraising software etc)- analysis of current and future state requirements for Rostering

Initially engaged to lead a business change project for Hohepa Canterbury to bring their residential homes online. This saw me leading the customisation, pilot and implementation of a Client Management system (iPlanit) -- including the training of all 170+ staff. Alongside this system, I managed the rollout of devices to all residential homes, for use by staff, as well as MSOffice access and training for these staff. From this implementation, I led the development and implementation of the organisation's first IT strategy and roadmap, which included:- reviewing all systems and processes being used within the Admin team and making recommendations on future state- the implementation of an HRIS system, a medical charting system, and a vehicle tracking system- the roll out of an IT ticket management system

Working to support this awesome start up in prioritising and streamlining product roadmaps and strategy.

Working with the Managing Director of a creative design agency on their growth strategy and implementation plan.

Initially a 6 month maternity cover contract, through #thenewnormal working in the digital marketing team of this global organisation supporting clients in 16 locations worldwide. This contract has now been extended as I support the Digital Marketing team develop best practice project management.

My initial "sidecar" (subcontractor) role with Red Vespa was a short term change management analysis project for a large retail organisation.

They offer transformational learning experiences (events, executive programmes, workshops, etc), for leaders and changemakers of today and tomorrowso that, in a world of dramatic and continuous change people can be more intentional and intelligent about the future.As Head of Operations, I managed the team and day to day running of the company. I worked with our team and a wide range of cutting-edge organisations on national and international projects. I was responsible for making sure we ran smoothly and were positioned to expand.Key achievements in this role included:- taking this startup business from the visionary stage to revenue generation- implementing technology, systems and processes to support local and global teams- creation and ongoing oversight of Boma work programme (12+ high value projects over a short timeframe of only 6 months)- creation of HR policies and processes- formalising budgets and reporting processes - growing the local team from 4 to 8 and leading and instilling a vibrant and successful team culture

Modlar helps bring great design to life by connecting architects from the world's top firms with building products from the world's best brands. Modlar is used by architects at 80% of the world’s top 100 firms and are home to 350 brands like Thermador, Miele, Bosch, and Gaggenau. In this role I was the Executive team member responsible for the Modlar product strategy – the only product on offer within our start up business. I led Product and Ops out of the CHCH office and worked closely with the San Francisco based Sales and Marketing team.

Responsible for the LBI strategy, capability and delivery, across CoreLogic NZ, CoreLogic (RPData) Australia and into the Pacific. Responsible for 2 key business streams – Location Business Intelligence (LBI/Geospatial) and Data Products. Highlights included:• Initial White Paper for Mapping accepted and pilot agreed• Call out from AU Chief Operations Officer to Senior Executive team (AU and NZ) for my engagement, traction and performance

I was responsible for managing all aspects of both eMap and AddressRight – CoreLogic’s key geospatial products, as well as Terranet (and a handful of other smaller products).

In this role I was responsible for project management of assigned projects relating to the company’s products (eMap, Property Guru, Terranet)However, the main project I was responsible for in this period was the development of eMap - a $1M web mapping application with up to 20 people reporting to me (both internals and external contractors) at the height of the project.

Working Knowledge was a boutique consulting firm where I worked to provide business analysis and project management to a variety of clients.My projects included developing a Knowledge Management Strategy for Te Runanga O Ngati Porou. I was then responsible for prioritisation and implementation of these recommendations project by project.I also worked on high level process analysis projects for NZ Police (current state with future state recommendations based on risk analysis) and multiple Business Cases.

I was a project manager responsible for between 5 – 10 education focussed technical projects at any one time.

I was responsible for contract management, managing request for proposal process, budgeting and reporting.
