I am a highly motivated and self-driven experienced Manager with 25 years' service working within various departments at EY. Having fulfilled a variety of Management positions both in EMEIA and the UK, I have developed a reputation as an individual who consistently delivers complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time to a high standard. I have a proven record of quickly gaining credibility with my stakeholders by taking the time to understand their function requirements, delving deep into the individual roles and skillset. This has been done through exploring alternative options to some of the more challenging situations for example agile working during the recent pandemic.I am articulate and proactive, combining a professional and confident approach with excellent interpersonal skills. I am able to communicate concisely at all levels and excel in challenging working environments.I am proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Curo and ERM databases.
