Responsible for full cycle management recruiting for Twin Peaks corporate locations and corporate office positions. • Establish recruiting requirements by conducting weekly meetings with the C-Suite, VP of Operations and Operations team to discuss manpower needs.• Candidate sourcing, social media recruiting, utilizing internal and external job boards to create and maintain job postings. Work closely with third-party recruiters on hiring needs• Candidate and resume screening; selecting qualified resumes for initial interviews • Manage the onboarding process through company HRIS system, talentReef• Conduct initial interviews, present candidates to the operations team, arrange interviews for Director of Operations and General Managers to conduct by coordinating schedules, follow up on the interview process status• Administer and review appropriate hiring assessments• Provide high level Predictive Index feedback to all relative parties• Coordinate background and reference checks.
