Supports A/R Management for over 75 facilities across the country focusing on the hospital revenue cycle and inventory management improvement. Provided external service line review, consulting, and analytical support for the Hawaii Region’s external claims processes resulting in improved revenue capture of $800K, leading to annual profitability for the region, and an increased risk score of 8/10 of a point.
