Sarah Koopmann is Chief Human Resource Officer for Boeing Global Services. She reports to Chris Raymond, President and CEO of Boeing Global Services, and Uma Amuluru, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for The Boeing Company. Koopmann is responsible for the execution of human resources initiatives that drive business outcomes for Boeing’s aftermarket services business for governmental, commercial and specialty customers around the world.

Led the Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) Human Resource Strategy and Integration team. The team managed the BDS Long Range People Plan, Human Resource Service Delivery, data analytics, accelerating change initiative, and integration of Human Resource practices and procedures across BDS as well as with the corporate Human Resource team.

Human Resource Business Partner supporting the Airframe, Weapons, Technology and Subsystems Integrated Product Team within Global Strike Systems and a large portion of the F/A-18 Program Office. Co-led a major re-organization and focused on change management, talent management, and advancing diversity and inclusion.Transitioned to a staff position reporting to the Human Resource Director of the St. Louis site. Responsibilities included managing the New Employee Experience Program, mediating Alternate Dispute Resolutions, working Reasonable Accommodations Requests, re-recruiting tenured employees, and being the executive compensation and succession planning lead for Global Strike.

Consulted management on how to increase employee engagement, performed traditional labor relations roles with the unions at the St. Louis site (grievance handling, contract negotiations, preparation for arbitration, etc), and acted as the company's Chief Spokesperson for the 2008 contract negotiations with the St. Louis firefighters represented by the IAFF-I66.
