Sarah is co-founder of Sendero Hotel, Outpost Nosara and Rivella Development. She oversees the entire operations of all projects, from high-level macro decisions to on-the-ground details.Sarah is all about people; always focused on the team, clients, suppliers, investors and the larger community. With that passion, she delivers deliberate control over expenses, the highest quality of service and, in turn, maximized revenue and profit.Prior to Rivella, Sarah consulted in Nosara for resort hotels and other local businesses for all their marketing, staffing and operational needs.Sarah has always been an entrepreneur at heart, running her own company, Sarah’s Sweets, while juggling college classes.In the States, she worked as a consultant for a major travel insurance company before starting a successful business, a relationship podcast that has topped the charts for many years.Sarah is a mom to 8-year-old Stella and newborn, Seth. She and her partner, Dorian, enjoy surfing, traveling and being with friends and family.
