My name is Sarah Kotko, and I am a Program Coordinator at First 5 Yuba County, an organization that supports children's health, development, and well-being from prenatal to age five. I have numerous years of experience in the education and community sectors, and I hold a Site Supervisor Child Development Permit issued by the California Department of Teach Credentialing. I am also endorsed as an Infant and Early Childhood Transdisciplinary Mental Health Practitioner by the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health (at WestEd Center for Prevention & Early Intervention)As a Program Coordinator, I act as an advocate for children and families and have a passion for helping the community. I work with social services, medical, early childhood, non-profit, and community-based agencies to facilitate cross-sector collaboration and positive outcomes. I also have multiple certifications in areas such as smoking cessation and trauma-informed care. My mission is to create meaningful connections among individuals and organizations, and I strive to create positive change in my community.
