As a former yachtie, I was once immersed in the fast and exciting lifestyle of working and living onboard. In reality I was struggling to deal with day-to-day stresses, weathering personal storms and navigating loss. In 2022, I founded a recruitment company and continued to witness firsthand the mental health struggles of yacht crew. Recognising a need for change, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Driven by a passion for transformation, I decided to create the positive change that we all needed to see in the yachting industry.Using a range of self-healing and spiritual techniques, we can address the root causes of stress, mental health challenges and formulate prevention strategies. The revolutionary power of these effective and easy-to-use methods has inspired me to create a support offering that all crew can access: The Myndful toolkit. Together we can work towards a shift in industry priorities and change the conversation around wellbeing at sea. Yacht crew deserve a complete support offering and easy access to the tools required to handle the unique challenges of life on board.​It’s my mission to make that happen. Let’s go.
