I am a landscape designer and urban planner with over 25 years of experience in the landscape architecture, planning and economic development fields. At Westmass, I am using my experience and expertise to help with the redevelopment of the historic Ludlow Mill complex along the Chicopee River in Ludlow as well as other properties across the region. These are critical economic development projects for western MA, and the Commonwealth, helping to create jobs and spur urban revitalization. From cleanup to adaptive reuse, it's great fun seeing new life come into fabulous old buildings and sites. My professional work experience also includes scenic, historic and natural resource inventory and assessment, river management planning, historic mill village master planning and large-scale land conservation projects. I have taught storm-water management and green infrastructure at the graduate level in the UMass Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning.In addition to my professional work, I serve as a board member for Preservation Mass.
