Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for community involvement and employee engagement across the company, with a strong emphasis on fostering corporate culture, reinforcing core values, and ensuring organizational alignment.Create and execute both short-term and long-term strategic plans, collaborating with Government and Public Affairs to elevate Hilcorp's community presence and strengthen external relationships.Promote cross-functional collaboration within the organization to identify opportunities for community involvement, working closely with local Hilcorp employees to support and facilitate charitable events.
