Reporting to the Chief of Country and Program Strategy, supports the implementation of global, regional and country SRHR program operations and ensure that these operations are translated into projects that optimize project design, technical assistance, policies, processes and procedures across the organization to achieve project outcomes and advance our mission.

Managed 13 Technical Advisors, focusing on serving our country programs in the design and delivery of quality SRHR programs.

Providing Pathfinder International support in project management for sexual and reproductive health and maternal health programs in Asia and the Middle East, including planning, financial monitoring and budgeting.Provides direct input into program reports, workplans, proposals, and contracts. Responsible for monitoring progress towards targets and milestones and, when necessary, develop course correction action plans to ensure projects successfully meet expectations for targets, scope and budget. Also working to facilitate collaboration between field-based staff and headquarters-based staff and provide short term technical assistance.

Managed proposal process and donor reports for private and corporate foundations, including coordinating technical, programmatic, monitoring and evaluation, and financial inputs to achieve highly competitive win-rate for Pathfinder's sexual and reproductive health and rights programs globally.
