I am a highly motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed. In the medical device space, I believe there is strength in relationship building in addition to clinical competency. As a Clinical Service Manager, I lead the Peripheral Vascular/Deep Venous and Embolization Clinical Specialist team in the SoCal/Las Vegas District. With a big focus on development, I work with the team to help drive productivity, increase clinical acumen, maintain inventory management, improve confidence in sales activities, and ensure compliance to help the district achieve quota. In addition to the Clinical Manager responsibilities, I work closely with our PV Sales Rep and DVE Sales Rep to call on Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and Vascular Surgeons in the San Diego territory.Successes in the sales and clinical outcomes are driven through case support, inservices, and inventory management, and physician partnerships with the ultimate goal to accomplish the Medtronic Mission: alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
