- Led an international team of 5 consultants in the Caribbean to evaluate the economic feasibility of building a subsea natural gas pipeline from Trinidad and Tobago to Barbados and advised the Barbados executive leadership team comprised of government, public and private stakeholders in gas contract evaluation and negotiation through the analysis of the financial impacts and project risks to each stakeholder in the value chain from the producer to the end consumers of electricity- Worked with the executive leadership of a Latin American state-owned oil and gas company to lead an enterprise-wide business transformation of the mid and downstream organization whose operations included crude transportation (~500k bbl/d), refining (3 refineries totalling ~150k bbl/d), distribution and sales (16 terminals, ~190 proprietary and franchised retail stations), and importing and exporting.

Worked in integrated oil company production sales and supply planning, performed oil sands labor market and housing assessments, developed business strategy to integrate a newly aquired refinery into an upstream organization, worked on large-scale oil and gas post-merger project management teams
