After 15+ years experience in private healthcare, I am now bringing my energy and authenticity to empower individuals and communities with accessible wellbeing solutions beyond traditional healthcare. I run outdoor movement sessions to build strength and skills for life, and also teach emotional wellbeing classes to primary school children to help them learn about their emotions and skills to manage them.During my time working in private healthcare, I successfully led innovative healthcare programmes to improve customer experience and patient outcomes, particularly in the areas of musculoskeletal, mental health and digital health. I am known for my ability to collaborate and deliver with a pragmatic and emotionally intelligent approach, as well as the passion, care and dedication I bring to my leadership.I am looking forward to starting my training as a health and wellbeing coach later this year to continue to have more of a personal impact on individuals' and communities' health and wellbeing.
