• Performing multiple production-related tasks in the administration team (ex. new business, changes, cancellations, conversions, etc.)• Validating claims done by the claims team to ensure accuracy• Helping the operations support team with multiple tasks (ex. preparing reports for various departments, billing the retrocessionary companies, etc.)• Comparing the data in the company database with the data from client files and locating the corrections to be made in the company database to eliminate discrepancies between data

- Issuing new business policies for non-profit organizations- Helping the underwriting assistant team with certain policy renewals

• Processing customer orders, informing clients of current promotions, and collecting payment• Distributing and verifying lottery tickets• Answering phone calls from clients, the alarm company, and delivery companies• Handling returns and dealing with other client concerns

• Categorizing all incoming e-mails, and transcribing basic information to the ERP system• Responsible for transporting valuable and confidential documents to and from financial institutions• Producing case numbers for new business requests by identifying the client’s business activity, analyzing if the associated risk is acceptable, filling in client information, and forwarding to the designated underwriter• Performing certain types of insurance renewals, and processing requisitions for property inspections

• Creating client numbers and entering applicant information into the appropriate database for new business requests under the company’s Automobile portfolio• Sorting incoming mail, distributing mail to the addressed individuals, as well as organizing outgoing mail to be released to postal carriers• Helping with new business requests in the property department by identifying cases as accepted and rejected risks, and creating a client profile if the risk is accepted- Sorting through and distributing incoming mail to the designated people, filing outgoing mail in their correct designated filing space and mailing all mail to the intended broker companies at the end of the day- Composing rejection letters to inform brokers of the rejection of their new business request
