I led the national legal & compliance search practice at CCY. My clients included AMLaw 100 firms; prominent, highly-ranked regional firms; and companies on both a local and national level. I focused on placing law firm associates, counsel, and partners; in-house counsel; and compliance professionals.

As Recruiting Specialist, I led staff (non-attorney) recruitment processes firm-wide. On average, I managed between 15 - 30 open requisitions simultaneously, with a global scope. My responsibilities included all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to creating job postings; coordinating advertisements across various alumni, diversity, and paid job boards; collaborating directly with hiring managers to determine search strategy; conducting market research to identify and contact viable candidate leads; conducting initial screening interviews; coordinating the interview process from start-to-finish; providing salary recommendations to hiring managers; creating and distributing offer packages; and collaborating with various HR professionals firm-wide to facilitate successful on-boarding of new hires.Lateral Recruiting Coordinator (Oct. 2014 - Apr. 2016)From 2014-2016, I supported lateral attorney full-cycle recruitment firm-wide. Nixon Peabody is a Global 100 law firm with over 700 attorneys across 16 offices in the US, Europe, and Asia. NP attorneys are valued for their creativity, collective intelligence, and ability to foresee obstacles and opportunities and smooth the way. Additional experience includes technology training, specifically with respect to cutting-edge sourcing techniques, ATS (LawCruit) training, and cloud-based document and email management system training; conducting comprehensive research on market trends nationwide; involvement with firm Diversity & Inclusion initiatives; and other HR areas as needed.

As a Senior Director and member of the Women & Diversity practice, my role at BG was focused on sourcing highly-qualified talent in domestic and international markets, with a concentration on providing diverse slates of candidates for each opening. Clientele ranged from smaller, Rochester-based companies to Fortune 500 corporations, and everything in between.Specifically, my role was focused on sourcing talent at all levels for executive and legal searches; from AVPs to C-suite executives, from junior counsel to GCs. I also helped to build up the Compliance Recruitment practice, focusing mainly on compliance executives in the financial services industry.
