About Sarah Layman

Sarah Layman is an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of applied settings. She is currently the Director of the Selection and Assessment practice area in the Employee and Litigation Support Services division at DCI Consulting Inc., and an Associate Principal Consultant. DCI is an HR compliance, data analytics, and litigation support firm. In her role, Sarah leads a team of I/O psychologists in providing consulting along a wide variety of employee selection and equal employment opportunity/affirmative action (EEO/AA) topics.
