• Work closely with suppliers to ensure that creative development aligns with a solidified brand strategy
• Work closely with Account Managers to develop marketing communication strategies
• Develop all advertising proposals for current and prospective suppliers based on their budget and marketing goals
• Provide strategic guidance and create media calendars to optimize the exposure for supplier and hotelier promotions and agent incentives
• Manage supplier financial general ledgers, credit limits and monthly invoicing to ensure accurate advertising recognition

• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client’s existing customer base while working in tandem with the field sales organization as part of an integrated account management model
• Approach prospective clients with recommendations and ideas to enhance their Web site functionality and increase Web site traffic
• Compile Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) assessments for corporate Web sites
• Pitch company SEO services to prospective customers in an effort to generate new business opportunities
• Provide in-depth analysis of several Content Management Systems (CMS) in order to provide sound and thorough recommendations and insight.
