Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Leclerc and I grew up in a small town in Rhode Island named North Smithfield. I had a wonderful high school experience where I developed many great relationships with my peers. I love music - I was an avid choir-goer and learned to play many different instruments with the help of my parents pushing me to explore new things! I also love to make people happy. When people are happy, so am I!I graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2016 with a B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology. I then stumbled upon the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and immediately fell in love. I LOVE working with children with Autism (ASD) and those with similar diagnoses. In the ABA field I have worked as a Behavior Therapist, Treatment Coordinator, Lead Therapist, Treatment and Training Administrator, Lead Therapist Supervisor, and finally a Treatment Services Supervisor (I will dive more into that role below!).I currently work as a Treatment Services Supervisor at an ABA facility where I work directly with those whom withhold an ASD diagnosis and/or related diagnoses. I also supervise both clinics our company maintains as a whole where I ensure that everything is running smoothly. I onboard new staff and clients based on their needs and their insurance provider(s). I maintain the scheduling component as well and find coverage for those who may have called out (whether it be on the staff or client's behalf). I believe that communication is one of the most important components in this field as well as any other, it builds a sense of trust and support that is unmatched.Connect with me!
