As of September 2022 Sarah retired from full time employment. Sarah will continue in her role as Registrar of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene and her voluntary activities for the British Occupational Hygiene Society. Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Hygienist and Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene (CFFOH). Sarah has more than 30 years of service in the petrochemical industry and prior to retiring had been the Industrial Hygiene Manager for the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region, overseeing the IH activities in several countries. Prior to this role Sarah was the Industrial Hygiene lead on a global IT project which saw the implementation of a new global Occupational Health Management system. Sarah has been a member and previous Chair of the Energy Institute Occupational Health and Hygiene Committee.
