About Sarah Leff

I am the co-founder and Site Director at Interact with over twenty years’ experience in the contact centre industry. I am responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of omni-channel inbound and outbound sales and customer service campaigns at our Richmond site. Prior to joining Interact, I served primarily in account management and operations managing large multi-site campaigns both on and offshore. My experience has involved running digital messaging campaigns in conjunction with phone and e-mail channels improving customer acquisition, retention and loyalty while developing customer insight for Interact’s blue chip clients.
