International Justice Mission (IJM) is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. IJM lawyers, investigators and aftercare professionals work with local governments to ensure victim rescue, to prosecute perpetrators and to strengthen the community and civic factors that promote functioning public justice systems.

•Develops and administers various HR policies and procedures for all company personnel•Writes employee policies while incorporating existing company culture•Conducts recruitment efforts for all employees, interns, and contractors

•Plan, educate, and communicate with 75 volunteers and 35 families to execute a week long retreat for families living with disabilities

•Conduct recruiting, interviewing and hiring for 15 internal departments •Evaluate staffing needs on a weekly basis, create job descriptions, post job openings through online portal and creatively advertise to produce qualified applicants•Produce monthly staffing reports for executive management to inform them of hiring and turnover, while analyzing how it compares to previous years•Implemented and maintained relationships with colleges as we built internships for Marketing, Human Resources, and Events departments•Assist the HR Manager and Generalist with daily tasks and inquiries

• Coordinate training and customer service for e-learning management system• Train new and existing clients on software that enables clients to manage, track and report on staff development, training and compliance of their employees to provide excellence in patient care• Create, write and edit internal and external training documents using Microsoft Office products
