Provide training and technical support to a user base of over 200 employees and dealers while proactively testing for potential system issues. Track usage of the system through various reports to ensure the systems function smoothly. I was responsible for the pre- and post-sales processes for a number of different product groups. This included working with the international factories as well as our internal domestic customers. I also was involved with various process improvement projects such as the literature fulfillment process. I took the lead on this project and helped to implement a standardized process across all product groups and departments.

In the Information Systems Department I was responsible for updating and maintaining information in the company database. I introduced different research methods, ran audit reports and created procedures for the various audits performed. In addition to updating the database, I provided technical support to internal users. This position provided me with a necessary foundation of how the company processes information and how our CRM/ERP functions for the various departments in the company.

The Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee's Office of Brett Rodgers serves Western Michigan, including the upper peninsula. During my one thousand hours dedicated to this internship, I was able to accomplish the following:-attended Bankruptcy Court proceedings and 341 Meetings of the Creditors-completed various daily tasks including scanning documents into cases-collaborated with another intern to create a handbook and a compiled procedure manual for future interns-audited and recorded expense logs-trained fellow interns on tasks-revised business case questionnaires to extract more specific information from the debtors
