- Working as a Financial Accountant within the Group Finance team.- Managing the cashier function for Mack, including one member of staff.- Completing month end management accounts.- Completing and submitting VAT returns and Intrastats.- Assisting with budgets and group consolidation.- SME (cashier and banking) for the ERP project, helping to implement SAP within the business.

- Cash Flow forecasts, producing forecasts for the completion of the Group cash flow forecast for the Finance Director- Maintaining daily cash flows for sterling and foreign currency bank accounts- Assisting with Cash Management for the Group, and covering this role for absence. Making call account movements where necessary.- Make sterling and foreign payments using Lloyds Online Banking and Bacstel- Ordering and controlling foreign currency with experience in currency options and forward purchases.- Bank Reconciliations - Direct Debit maintenance and allocation to Purchase Ledger- Cash Book completion on a daily basis, weekly reconciliation and monthly revaluation of foreign cash books- Incoming receipts and allocation to Sales Ledger- General ledger reconciliations - Controlling petty cash and reconciliations - Experience using Excel, Word, Pegasus, Sage 50 and in-house Rencs database.

- Supervise a team of up to 3 staff members including appraisals and training.- Supervise the Consignment Accounts team including making sure all invoices were paid in a timely manner, all account sales were produced on time for the suppliers.- Produce month end accounts to trial balance. This included general ledger reconciliations, stock valuation, accruals, prepayments.

- Process invoices- Make sure invoices were paid on a timely basis - Reconcile and value consignments and create account sales for suppliers- Consignment administration including raising paperwork for incoming consignments
