I started with Ulta Beauty in Delray Beach, FL as a beauty advisor and within a short period was promoted to Lead Cashier where I was able to train and take on some leadership opportunities when it came to tasking and inventory. I transferred with the company in my move back north in Jan 2017, taking a step back as I got acclimated to a new place and store. I have since taken on the Merchandise and Service Coordinator Management position again and look forward to continuing to grow with this company.

I managed the bar/restaurant in both closing and opening duties. With this I began learning more of the back of house and also obtained my food handler's license. While mostly monitoring and checking out the front of the house, I created schedules and floor plans based on staffing. All financials and sales reports were conducted each evening as well as settling all credit cards and documenting a safe reconciliation.I was responsible for all inventory and ordering for liquor, beer, and wine for the 3 story franchise establishment. Using the inventory xpress app and utilizing Aloha for our POS I was also in charge of entering all new items into our system as well as notifying our beersaver account manager for all draft logs. Along with some HR filing, I had a major hand in interviewing and hiring for the front of house staff, and with help from corporate tools, followed a training process for hosts, server assistants/barbacks, servers, and bartenders.I had a small part in event planning and making sure we had adequate staff for these events.

Contributed in the electronic and print media process for automobile/dealership advertising and promotion.

Created promotional advertising on campus for the All American Football League.
