I lead BDO's medical sector specialist team and have guided many businesses through a number of significant challenges including succession planning, mergers, partnership disputes (including scenarios of partner expulsion), cash flow difficulties and re-financing of business premises. I also advise clients on matters such as strategic considerations, optimum business structures and efficiency of internal finance functions.
