I am a Senior Occupational Therapist currently working in Paediatrics at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. I have a demonstrated history of working in a variety of settings within the University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL); including paediatrics, acute medicine, neurological rehabilitation, and community. I am skilled in basic life support adults and paediatrics (and defibrillator trained), manual handling, and safeguarding adults and children, as well as other mandatory UHL training. I utilise Creative Problem Solving on a daily basis in my job as an OT, in relation to improving independence with activities of daily living, and improving health and wellbeing. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Derby.
