As part of my documentation work, I also delivered training to numerous treatment plant operators.I also have considerable experience in fluoridation projects, particularly in Queensland. My experience spans more than 30 fluoridation facilities and includes documentation, operator training, concept designs, technical specifications, audits and risk reviews.In addition to my consulting work, I was also responsible for coordinating CWT's Business Management System (including quality, environmental and WHS components). With a focus on continuous improvement, I successfully led CWT through ISO9001, ISO14001 and AS4801 recertification and surveillance audits for several consecutive years.
