I have a master’s degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion and am a JNC qualified youth worker and qualified primary school teacher. My academic qualifications have prepared me with excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and the ability to use my own initiative when making decisions, and to prioritise my workloads in an effective manner to meet deadlines. I have proven myself to be a hard worker and a team player with a desire to make a positive difference to those I work with and for. I am personable, approachable, flexible, and am able to work quickly, accurately, and well under pressure. I have substantial experience working both with people in a range of formal and informal settings as well as in administrative roles and working with people aged from 2-50. I am able to relate to a wide range of people of all ages, as shown by my variety of work experiences. I have always had a strong passion for education and promoting equity and inclusion, especially when working with those who have additional needs or who are disabled.
